We launched our Intern Program in 2024 as a year round program designed to give students hands-on experience in high demand leadership roles. Our program is structured to allow interns to gain an in-depth knowledge of their respective position through mentorship, workshops, and directed tasks. FLH interns have gone on to board positions in our organization and others.
